Hallie Mares Jewett is an independent singer-songwriter whose music feels like a conversation between heart and horizon, blending folk, indie, and soul with the depth of lived experience.

Born in Taos, New Mexico, and raised in Portland, Maine, Hallie found her voice in unexpected places: airports. During long layovers, she played her guitar and wrote songs with strangers, discovering how music could bridge worlds and falling in love with songwriting in the process.

In the midst of the pandemic, she followed that same spirit of curiosity to Memphis, Tennessee, where she studied songwriting at Visible Music College. There, she interned for Gotee Records’ Terrian Woods and learned the music industry from behind the scenes on TobyMac’s Hits Deep Tour in 2021 and 2022, experiences that shaped both her artistry and her faith.

Her catalog traces a journey of self-discovery, from Curiosity (2021) and New Mexico (2022) to her more recent singles Neon Angst (ft. WHOIS JORDAN), Growing Pains, Lighthouse Keeper (ft. Climb the Ocean), Queen Maeve, Big Girl Big World, Take My Time, and Waiting for a Feeling.

With her debut album releasing November 8th, Hallie invites listeners into a space of reflection and rediscovery, where wonder meets honesty and growth feels both fragile and brave.
